The Lilaste beanie is wonderfully soft and fluffy and designed by Anjuknits. The hat is designed for Knitting for Olive and with the same pattern you can knit four different versions of the beanie:
- Soft Silk Mohair version
- Merino – Soft SIlk Mohair version
- Merino and Cotton Merino versions
Size: adult (head circumference 55-56 cm)
Yarn: Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair and/or Knitting for Olive Merino or Knitting for Olive CottonMerino
Needles: 4mm circular needles and sock needles (or according to your handwriting)
Density: 18s = 10 cm (template)
Yarn saving: the yarn saving depends on the version you choose:
- For the Soft Silk Mohair version, you will need four collections (100g) of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair.
- For Merino – Soft Silk Mohair you need three skeins (75g) of Soft Silk Mohair and one skein (50g) of Knitting for Olive Merino.
- For the Merino version you will need three collections (150g) of Knitting for Olive Merino.
- For the cotton merino version you will need three collections (150g) of Knitting for Olive CottonMerino.
Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair is also a great alternative to Krea Deluxe Silk Mohair, which comes in lots of beautiful colours!
