Knitting for Olive is a soft and luxurious Kashmir yarn. Yarn can be knitted into one or substituted for Silk Mohair, for example. Knitted in a double layer, it is also a nice alternative to Knitting for Olive Merino, for example.
The Kashmir used in the yarn comes from China and Mongolia. The yarn is produced in an Italian spinning mill in compliance with the Ökö-Tex 100 standard.
The fibres of Kashmir wool are shorter than, for example. merino, so a knitwear knit in Kashmir yarn is more prone to fraying. You can gently remove the dimples with a cashmere comb.
