The Freiburg headband is a seamless braided headband with a knot on the front. The headband is designed for Knitting for Olive and with the same pattern you can knit three different versions of the band:
- Soft Silk Mohair version
- Merino – Soft SIlk Mohair version
- Merino version
Size: adult (head circumference approx.56 cm)
Yarn: Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair and/or Knitting for Olive Merino
Needles: 4mm sock needles (or according to your handwriting)
Density: 20s = 10 cm (template)
Yarn saving: the yarn saving depends on the version you choose:
- For the Soft Silk Mohair version you will need two collections (50g) of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair .
- For Merino – Soft Silk Mohair you will need one (1) skein (25g) of Soft Silk Mohair and one (1) skein (50g) of Knitting for Olive Merino.
- For the Merino version you will need one (1) ball (50g) of Knitting for Olive Merino.
