Anemone socks (Finnish pattern)

Anemone socks are the cutest socks for a baby/toddler. The socks are knitted using the magic loop technique with double fingering weight yarn on 3mm needles. The socks have pompoms at the ankle and otherwise they are simple stretch socks.

There is one stitch count/size in the pattern for the Anemone socks, but the socks will fit from about 6 months to 3 years of age by adjusting the length of the foot.

For example, Knitting for Oliven Merino or CottonMerino (double knit) or Krea Deluxe Organic Wool1 (single knit) will work well with socks.
